The time of WAKE UP CALL is LONG GONE

Eighteen-year-old Khursheed studying at Islamabad Model College for Boys shot himself with his father’s pistol when his father scolded him for refusing to take an entry test; 17–year-old Shan from Gharibabad swallowed poison after his parents attempted to stop him from spending time with friends and not concentrating on studies; seventh-grader Abdul Mobin in Abbottabad who took his life because of torture at school and a 13-year-old student in Karachi hanged himself by the ceiling fan after he failed in exams.

BIGGEST DARKEST FEAR of any society is acceptance
acceptance of taboo and negativity
acceptance of anxiety, depression, humiliation, discouragement, jealousy
and it is completely naive to ignore the fact that
we have ACCEPTED our situation,condition and environment
we have accepted our MENTALITY

Once suicide was a WAKE UP call but now that time has passed
NOW it has became a flood that is consuming our future
A flood that is powered by our parents and grand parents
and haunting our unborn flowers
and the thing which is pinching my soul and peace is
we are not doing anything to control this flood
if truth be told we are empowering it from roots and shoots

If  my own parents will make me  live in a prison filled with my lock up thoughts
and ambitions and a desire to live
All i ll do is to live by dying
All i can do is to escape the life long detention
and pull a gun on my head to breakout the thoughts of being restricted,
set myself on fire to burn my emptiness
or swallow poison to engulf MY OWN SELF AND BE FREE
